2. Data we collect
We collect the following information depending on how you interact with us:
2.1. Data you provide directly
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, postal address.
- Account data: information needed to create and manage your account.
- Purchase data: billing information, order history, product preferences.
- Communication content: messages, inquiries, and files you send through any channel.
2.2. Data collected automatically while browsing
- IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and time spent.
- Information collected via cookies and similar technologies (see section 8 for a summary).
2.3. Data from messaging platforms (Meta and WhatsApp)
When you contact Accudyno through Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Message, or WhatsApp, we collect and store:
- Profile name on the corresponding platform.
- User ID assigned by the platform.
- Public profile picture.
- Message content (text, images, audio, attachments).
- Date and time of each message.
- Any files or media shared during the conversation.
3. Purposes for which we use your data
We use your information for the following purposes:
- Customer support: respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical assistance.
- Order management: process purchases, coordinate shipping, and issue invoices.
- Service improvement: analyze website usage to optimize the experience.
- Legal compliance: billing in accordance with ARCA regulations and other tax or regulatory obligations.
- Communications: notify you about the status of your orders and, with your consent, send commercial information.
Accudyno does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.
4. Third-party platforms we use
To handle communications and operations, we work with the following providers:
- Meta Platforms (Facebook Messenger, Instagram) — to receive and reply to messages through Meta’s official API. Your communications are also subject to Meta’s Privacy Policy and Instagram’s Privacy Policy.
- WhatsApp Business (Meta Cloud API) — for WhatsApp communications. Subject to WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy.
To centralize and manage the support conversations we receive through these channels, we use conversation-management software deployed and operated on Accudyno’s own infrastructure. Your data is not shared with third-party customer-support software vendors.
We comply with the obligations applicable to developers integrating Meta’s platforms, in particular Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
5. Storage and security
- Data is stored securely on our own servers or those of providers with adequate protection levels.
- We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes and our legal obligations.
- We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
- Some data may be stored on servers located in third countries with adequate protection levels.
6. Your rights
In accordance with Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 (compatible with GDPR principles for European users), you have the right to:
- Access: request information about the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: request deletion of your data when no longer necessary.
- Objection: object to data processing in certain circumstances.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
To exercise any of these rights, send an email to info @ accudyno.com with the subject “Data Protection”. We will respond within a maximum of 10 business days.
Personal data holders may exercise the right of access free of charge, by proving their identity, at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown in accordance with article 14, section 3 of Law No. 25,326.
7. Deletion of Meta-related data (Messenger and Instagram)
If you have interacted with Accudyno through Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Message and wish to delete the data associated with that conversation, you can request it by:
- Sending an email to info @ accudyno.com with the subject “Meta data deletion” indicating your Facebook or Instagram username.
- Or following the procedure described on our Data Deletion Request page.
We will process your request and delete the corresponding data within a maximum of 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to ensure the website works correctly, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and improve our services. You can manage your preferences through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.
9. Minors
Our services are intended for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that data from a minor has been collected without parental or guardian consent, we will delete it as soon as possible. If you believe a minor under your care has provided us with personal data, please contact us at info @ accudyno.com.
10. Changes to this policy
Accudyno may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the website and will be reflected in the “last updated” date. When changes are substantial, we will communicate them through a visible notice on the site. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws in force in the Argentine Republic, particularly Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326. Any controversy will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of Resistencia, Province of Chaco, Argentina.
