At Accudyno we respect your right to request the deletion of any personal data we may have collected. This page explains the procedure, in compliance with Meta Platforms’ requirements and Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326.

How to request the deletion of your data
To request the deletion of data associated with your interactions with Accudyno, follow these steps:

Send an email to info @ accudyno.com with the subject:
“Data deletion request”. -
Indicate in the body of the message:
- The channel through which you contacted us: Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Message, WhatsApp, or other.
- Your profile name or username on that platform.
- Any additional detail that helps locate your conversation (for example, the approximate date of your last contact).

Confirmation: within a maximum of 7 business days we will confirm receipt of your request by email.

Effective deletion: we will delete the requested data within a maximum of 30 days from the confirmation.
What data is deleted
Once your request is processed, we delete from our systems:
- The history of messages exchanged with you on the indicated channel.
- Your profile name, user ID, and public profile picture associated with that conversation.
- Any files, images, or media shared during the conversation.
Please note that we may retain certain data when there is a legal obligation to do so (for example, billing data required by Argentine tax regulations). In such cases, we will inform you in our reply to your request.
Compliance with Meta Platforms
This page and procedure comply with Meta Platforms’ requirements for applications using the Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp APIs, in particular Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
