Innovate LM-2
Brand | Innovate Motorsports |
---|---|
Model | LM-2 |
Output Type | Differential mode (signal ground and power supply ground are different) |
Sensor Type | Bosch LSU 4.2 |
Fuse | 5A |
Wideband controller with display. Can be connected to 12V battery or a 12V/5A power supply.
Typical installation is a fixed installation in the exhaust pipe, a few centimeters after the manifold junction. In dynamometers, it can be used with an adapter at the exhaust pipe outlet as explained here.
IMPORTANT
Read the manufacturer's instructions and follow the recommendations for position, mounting, and fuse.
Connection to Accudyno
GROUND CONNECTIONS
This lambda sensor controller has differential output, while the Accudyno system has common mode input. Therefore, for a correct reading, the analog ground (Analog Output -), the power supply ground (Power Supply Negative -), and the Accudyno ground (IN -) must be connected to the same point. See the figure.
Cable/Color | Function | GO/PRO | Gyra/Forza |
---|---|---|---|
Lime Green | Analog Output (+) Pin 12 | Accudyno IN+ (AFR Pin 3) | AIN1 |
Yellow | Analog Output (-) Pin 5 | Accudyno IN- (AFR Pin 2) and Battery(-) | GND |
Red | Power Supply Positive (+) | Battery(+) | |
Black | Power Supply Negative (-) | Accudyno IN- (AFR Pin 2) and Battery(-) | GND |
AUXILIARY CABLE
The cable colors indicated correspond to the auxiliary cable that Innovate Motorsports sells separately. If you don't have it, you should use the pin number in the auxiliary connector as a reference. A connector numbering diagram is provided.
