1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
Whether through confirmation of the corresponding field in the order process, or if you make effective use of the service, the terms of use of www.accudyno.com will be accepted. These terms of use can be consulted, printed, or saved locally at any time under Terms and Conditions.
2. Legal Capacity to Purchase
Products are only available to persons who have legal capacity to purchase. People who do not have this capacity and minors may not purchase the products. The acts they perform on the Site will be the responsibility of their parents, guardians, caregivers, or curators, and therefore will be considered performed by them in exercise of the legal representation they have.
3. Payment Methods and Financing
3.1. Payment Types
- Immediate payment: Some products require full payment before shipping.
- Installment payment: Certain products can be financed through a monthly installment system.
- Mixed orders: A single order may contain products with different payment conditions.
3.2. Immediate Payment
- Products marked as “Immediate Payment” must be paid in full before shipping.
- Shipping will be processed once full payment is confirmed.
3.3. Installment Payment
- The total price will be paid through an initial payment and the remaining balance in monthly installments.
- The amount of the initial payment and the number of installments will be specified at the time of purchase.
- Installments will be due on the same day of each month subsequent to the purchase date.
3.4. Mixed Orders
- For orders containing products with different payment methods:
- Immediate payment products must be paid in full before shipping.
- Financeable products will follow their corresponding installment scheme.
- The system will clearly discriminate each payment method at checkout.
3.5. Verification and Blocking
- For products sold in installments:
- Use requires an active Internet connection to verify payment status.
- Automatic blocking will occur if an installment is not paid before its due date.
- Access will be restored once payment of the overdue installment(s) is regularized.
- Upon completing full payment, the product can be used without an Internet connection.
3.6. Early Cancellation
- The user may cancel the outstanding balance at any time without penalty.
- Once the total balance is cancelled, unrestricted usage conditions will apply.
4. Product Purchase
The duration of a product’s sale is temporarily limited, being established individually for each product by Accudyno and its physical stock availability in our warehouse. The sale of the product does not occur until Accudyno has successfully registered the payment. Internet sales are made only with invoice C.

5. Purchase Conditions
Purchase can only be made through the payment gateways available on Accudyno’s website. The payment gateways and platforms will be chosen by the User, and the conditions of Use, Terms and Conditions, and data processing will be the responsibility of each payment gateway or platform. Accudyno does not interfere in the contracting conditions, use, terms and conditions, or data processing of payment methods.
6. Billing
6.1. General Billing
Billing will be carried out in accordance with current regulations of ARCA (Revenue and Customs Control Agency), the Argentine Republic’s tax and customs authority.
6.2. Products with installment payment
- An invoice for the total value of the product will be issued at the time of purchase.
- Partial payments will be documented through payment receipts.
6.3. Mixed orders
- Differentiated invoices will be issued as appropriate for each payment method.
7. Commercial Communications
We may send you emails for the following purposes:
- To send information about products you have ordered.
- As part of a Newsletter.
- As promotional emails.
- To offer related services.
In each of the emails we send, we will always offer the possibility to unsubscribe (opt-out) to stop receiving emails in the future.
8. Limitation of Liability
Accudyno reserves the right to modify at any time the scope and functions of its website, to limit or cancel them. Accudyno assumes no guarantee regarding the availability of the service or the absence of technical problems or data loss.
9. Intellectual Property
Accudyno reserves all Intellectual Property rights and other rights over the service as well as over the published contents, information, images, videos, and databases. Any modification, reproduction, publication, transmission to third parties and/or other use or exploitation of the protected property without prior written consent from Accudyno is expressly prohibited.
10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Accudyno may adapt these terms of use from time to time, for example, to implement legal requirements or take into account operational modifications. Changes will take effect immediately after their publication on our website. If you do not agree with the modifications to our terms of use, unfortunately you will no longer be able to use our service.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed in all its points by the laws in force in the Argentine Republic. Any controversy arising from this agreement, its existence, validity, interpretation, scope, or compliance, will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of Resistencia, Province of Chaco, Argentina.
