Shipping Policies
Shipping in Argentina:
- We use Correo Argentino for shipments within Argentina.
- Provide your shipping address clearly and specifically.
- Free shipping via Correo Argentino for products marked as “FREE SHIPPING”.
- Additional shipping options available when making an online purchase.
- CREDIFIN shipping option with payment on delivery in some locations.
- Possibility to coordinate other shipping methods with payment on delivery.
International Shipping:
- We use DHL international parcel and courier services for shipments to the rest of the world.
- You must provide the shipping address and manage the necessary customs procedures.
Delivery Time:
- In Argentina: 3 to 10 business days from the date of tracking number notification.
- Rest of the world: 7 to 15 business days from the date of tracking number notification.
Order Tracking:
- You will receive an email with the tracking number to track your order.
Absence at Time of Delivery:
- If you’re not at home, you can pick up the order at the branch indicated in the visit notice within 5 business days.
- If you don’t pick it up within that period, the order will return to the dispatch branch.
Rules and Restrictions:
- Shipments are made on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in Argentina.
- You must provide a valid, locatable address in Argentina.
- If the address is not locatable, the customer covers additional costs.
- Check the condition of the package upon receipt and notify any problems immediately.
Additional Clarifications:
- If the package shows signs of tampering or damage upon receipt, reject it and notify us.
- If you suspect the package doesn’t contain what you purchased, don’t receive it and report it immediately.
- You have 24 hours to report damages or missing items after receiving the package.
- Delivery times may vary due to road restrictions or unforeseen situations.
