Return and Warranty Policies

At Accudyno, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below, we detail our return and warranty policies:

Changes and Returns:

1. Time frame: You have 14 days from receiving the product to request a change or return.
2. Process: Send an email to info @ accudyno.com to coordinate the change or return.
3. Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, with its original packaging and all accessories.
4. Valid reasons: I didn’t like it, defective product, purchase error, the product wasn’t as expected, I received something different.
5. Costs: The first change or return is free.

Cases Not Covered:

Changes and returns are not accepted for products that are:

• Used
• Missing any of their accessories (cables, chargers, parts, manuals, etc.)
• Without their original packaging (boxes, plastics, etc.)
• Misused in a way that voids the warranty conditions

Product Warranty:

1. Duration: 1 year from the receipt of the product.
2. Coverage: Hardware failures due to manufacturing defects and/or material flaws.
3. Solution: Repair or replacement at Accudyno’s discretion.
4. Process: Warranty changes are made at our address.
5. Costs: Shipping and/or freight expenses for warranty are borne by the customer.

Warranty Conditions:

1. Valid only for equipment purchased through www.accudyno.com.
2. Beneficiaries: Original buyer and subsequent purchasers within the warranty period.
3. Exclusions: Software, misconfiguration, lack of maintenance, misuse, impacts, etc.
4. Timeframes: 10 business days to determine faults and operating conditions.
5. Options in case of non-repair: Product replacement, credit note, or refund in local currency.

Warranty Voiding:

The warranty will be voided in case of:

• Incorrect or inappropriate use
• Repair, modification, or expansion by unauthorized persons
• Evident damage due to improper handling
• Disposal of original packaging and wrappings
• Lack of original purchase invoice
• Defects due to external factors (accidents, voltage drops, etc.)

Important Notes:

• Check the product upon receipt and report any missing items immediately.
• Accudyno will not replace missing parts, pieces, or documentation if the product was received in conformity.
• The warranty comes into effect from the date of product receipt.
