Load Cell

Accudyno Forza measures RPM with a rotation sensor and Torque with a load cell. From these readings, it obtains Power measurements, both with constant RPM load or performing RPM sweeps.

More Technical Data

Connect your sensors

Four general-purpose analog inputs where you can connect additional sensors such as lambda probes, pressure sensors, or temperature sensors.

Apply SAE Weather Correction

Our software applies weather correction using various standards, including SAE J1349, using manually entered weather data or automatically read data from one of the autoamtic weather station options.

  • Manual weather data entry
  • Built-in weather station
  • Main interface + remote weather station (Kayros)

Frequently Asked Questions

These are the questions we’re most commonly asked. If you can’t find your question, you can write to us on WhatsApp. You’ll find the link below.

Accudyno systems have no power measurement limitations. The limit is determined by the test bench, specifically by the dynamometer power capacity, torque capacity and additionaly by the roller inertia.

Accudyno Forza is designed to work with any brand of dynamometer. You only need to adapt the load cell and rotation sensor. When rebuilding a used dynamometer, it’s often possible to reuse existing sensors.

We don’t provide detailed construction plans for test benches. We can help you dimension the load cell mounting and select the most suitable dynamometer for your application based on the torque to be measured. We can also advise you on connecting other elements such as the electric dynamometer control source.

Accudyno Forza systems are applied to power benches with dynamometer and inertial testing, and therefore have load cell input capability. The load cell can be optionally added in the order options. We have different sizes and types according to the dynamometer’s braking capacity. If you already have a suitable load cell, you can order it without a load cell in the purchase options.

Accudyno Gyra systems are applied to inertial dynamometers, while the Forza model is for measurement on absorption dynamometer test benches. However, the Forza model also measures inertially and can be used for 100% inertial test benches.

You can choose to include either the automatic weather station integrated into the equipment or the wireless remote weather station Kayros model. Our system can also be used without an automatic weather station by entering climate data manually.

Our Forza system has automatic dynamometer control through a variable voltage output of 0 to 5 Volts or PWM (configurable).

The system includes only the control output, but does not include the control power supply. This is usually provided by the dynamometer manufacturer, although alternatives exist. Contact us for advice.

This model has one dynamometer rotation input and one load cell input. We have a new model specifically for Hub Dynos that features two rotation inputs and two load cell inputs. Please inquire about availability.

Our system is designed to be easily installed by the user. You’ll find installation instructions in the online manual. If you need help installing the software, you can call an IT technician in your city. They don’t need to be a specialist since our software downloads and installs like any other software. Plus, you can always contact us via WhatsApp with any questions.

You can pay by international bank transfer (SEPA/SWIFT) or PayPal.

We offer free shipping to any city in Argentina. We handle International shipping through DHL.
